• Implemented and developed internal tools, (web) applications, (web) interfaces and scripts in Java, Python, and PHP using the frameworks Spring, Django and Symfony.
• Created plugins and ScriptRunner scripts in Java and Groovy for Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket to reduce workload and work time for stakeholders, such as Human Resources, Office IT, and Community Management.
• Self-developed a tool called "Auto Premium Tool" for the Community Management department, coordinating with Legal and HR, which automated the monthly distribution of in-game currency to employees. Resulting in a complete elimination of manual work for the community managers.
• Developed a ScriptRunner script for Jira that automatically generated Dropbox folders for artists based on ticket information. This directly and indirectly improved efficiency and eliminated inconsistencies in folder structures by 100%.
